   I am currently working as a DocOps Specialist with the primary responsibility of automating the entire Documentation release process for various Navis and Kaleris products limiting the intermittent manual touchpoints.1. Automated the process of publishing N4 manual from Author-It publishing tool. The batch script publishes 25+ manuals via automation, applies the correct version release number to all pdf and XML files. Finally copying the compressed folder with all the N4 manual PDFs into TechDocs network location.2. Successfully migrated the Navis N4 manuals, Kaleris ACM documents, YMS manuals, Mobile Apps Manuals, CVS, AIML, DAS, IOTC manuals from Author-It (publishing tool)/ word/ PDF source to MadCap Flare (publishing tool) and binded the projects with Git (Bitbucket).3. Automated the Release Note generation process for N4 Marine & Billing product and also YMS. Developed the python script to read the Jira issue details via REST API integration by pre defined filters passed as the query and populating the Release Notes Excel template and Release Note Word template with the fetched details for both the patch/ maintenance and major product releases without any manual touchpoint.4. Implemented the Community search in Kaleris Community Portal using Coveo.ai (Enterprise AI platform) enabling the customers and the Kaleris support team get the most relatable Knowledge Article, Product Documentation, Online Help, Release Note.5. Developed a POC for N4 chatbot using DataRM (AVA\'s AI-powered Generative Knowledge search) to help the L1 & L2 support for quick resolutions.6. Created a POC for implementing Case Assist using Coveo.ai to better understand the number of cases being deflected/ aborted and also enabling the Technical Documentation team in improving the technical document with most/ frequently searched queries.7. Developed Online and Context Sensitive Help (binded with the N4 application) for N4 Marine module (HTML5 enabled UI)
