Collects and performs a variety of required laboratory tests, including VDK analysis, color analysis, titratable acidity, alcohol by volume, bitterness assay, and dissolved oxygen, at various stages of the production process as well as the finished product, to validate integrity and meet quality standards/specifications.•Performs operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment such as the Gas Chromatograph, Beer Alcolyzer, pH Meter, Spectrophotometer, Haze Meter, Atomic Absorption, and digital gehaltemeter.•Records data accurately and in a timely manner.•Escalates issues and out-of-specification results quickly and appropriately to laboratory and brewing leadership.•Collaborates with other departments and team members to tackle issues as they arise.•Maintains clean workspaces including laboratories and all other Quality workspaces.•In line with Company standards for communication, provide QA results and analysis with applicable brewery staff and management.
