Commercial Construction, and C&I Lending (LOCs, Floor Planning, Equipment Lending, Owner Occupied Lending). Establish, underwrite, and maintain business loans for commercial clients including the execution of past dues and maturing loans. Assess and extend credit terms in accordance to loan policies and procedures. Consult with existing and prospective applicants to expand on credit information, uncover needs, earnings, and determine credit risk while requesting necessary information.
