Joanna Sim leads the Events team within Intuit’s CEO Transformation Office, partnering closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to bring Intuit’s strategy to life through flagship events and immersive growth experiences.In this role, Joanna builds and leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the vision, design, and execution of events and experiences that engage employees, customers, partners, media, and investors. Her team delivers high-impact moments that align the organization, accelerate transformation, and turn strategic priorities into experiences that drive clarity, momentum, and growth at scale.Joanna is known for creating strong team cultures that balance creative excellence with operational rigor. She leads through clear intent, high standards, and trust—empowering her team to translate complex ideas into cohesive, memorable experiences and to execute with velocity across highly cross-functional environments.With a foundation in human-centered design and systems thinking, Joanna brings a customer-first mindset to experience-led transformation, ensuring every event is purposeful, inclusive, and measurable. She focuses on scaling repeatable experience models that enable the organization to show up consistently and powerfully at its most important moments.Joanna holds a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and an M.Sc. in Human Factors from San José State University.
