I’m an AI Product Delivery Lead with over 10 years’ experience in data and AI consulting across large and small consultancies, now working in a startup environment.I work across product, engineering, and clients to take AI products from early ideas through to launch, with a focus on whether they’re adopted and deliver value in practice. My role sits between defining what should be built and making sure it’s delivered in a way that can be tested and adapted quickly.I’m particularly interested in how AI products are developed and brought into real use — and how product, design, engineering, and delivery teams need to work together to make that happen effectively. This is changing quickly as AI capabilities evolve, and a lot of my current focus is on how ways of working need to adapt alongside that.
