As Senior Internal Recruitment & L&D Consultant at Orion Electrotech, I play a central role in shaping our internal talent pipeline and strengthening organisational capability through aligned recruitment and learning initiatives.I lead internal hiring across all business functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Business Support; partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver a proactive, insight-led recruitment strategy that supports our commercial and cultural growth.Alongside talent acquisition, I design and facilitate learning and development activity across both our Reading and Aylesbury offices, delivering structured onboarding, skills-based workshops, and 1:1 coaching. Working in close collaboration with the Group Talent Director, I contribute to the design and implementation of a broader learning framework that supports long-term capability building and employee engagement.I also play an active role in cross-functional people initiatives, from development tracking and employee experience to reinforcing consistent HR processes. This blended role allows me to influence key touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, helping embed a learning culture and strengthen our internal people strategy.
