ABOUT JOSIE DUNLAP

Josie is currently the Event Operations Trainee for the Atlanta Braves Bassball Club, where she is excited to get hands on experience in Major League ballpark operations and event management.Josie recently wrapped up an internship with the Denver Broncos Football Club in the Training Center Experience department, gaining hands on experience in Training Camp operations and the daily workings of an NFL Practice Facility.She has worked as a Gator Guest Services Lead for Softball and OPS Baseball Usher for the University Athletic Association, in which she has gained extensive operations experience across several venues and events. She also served as a Team Manager for the University of Florida Women\'s Lacrosse team in which she has been introduced to the inner workings of team operations and management. Her senior year she served as a Facilities Operations Intern for the UAA. She served as a Guest Services Intern for the UAA, overseeing guest services staff for baseball, men\'s/women\'s basketball, and lacrosse.In the summer of 2022, She was extremely excited to serve as a Premium Services Host in the Xfinity Club at Truist Park, home of the 2021 World Series Champion Atlanta Braves. She is actively seeking opportunities in event management and operations.She returned to Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympic Games as a Hospitality Guide intern for NBCUniversal, the official broadcaster for Paris 2024. She worked alongside the NBCU corporate events team and 50 interns to be the \"face\" of NBC and help execute the most successful hospitality program at the Games. Through this experience, she gained international sport management experience, as well as experience in transportation management, guest services, ticketing, information distribution, and hospitality for C-suite executives. Whether navigating complicated egress at several iconic Parisian venues or escorting guests to leisure activities, she provided friendly and knowledgeable service.
