Balance Massage Therapy (BMT) was founded in 2008 with the goal of providing affordable, accessible, and adaptable massage services to the Ann Arbor area. What began as a small idea has since grown into a thriving business, having completed over massages and always with our #1 goal: Happy Clients.Over the years, my role has evolved alongside BMT’s growth, from developing marketing strategies in a tough economy to building systems that support our service model and people-first culture.At BMT, systems are the backbone of our operations, allowing us to focus on people—our team and our clients. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where both can thrive, through clear visioning, role plays, storytelling, and constant appreciation.Now, as an inspiring leader at BMT, my focus is on shaping our future vision, building a culture of service, and providing our team with the tools they need to succeed from day one.
