As the Operations and Resource Manager for the Americas region within the Experienced function, I lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness across a high-performing Talent Acquisition organization responsible for filling ~3,500+ roles annually.Brought in to support a newly formed org of 100+ Talent Partners, Sourcing Partners, Managers, and Directors, I work closely with the TA leadership team to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.
