About Josiah Harling
I serve as Co-founder and President of Compel Global, an international nonprofit that helps mission agencies and indigenous ministries grow their impact through recruitment, mobilization, and fundraising support. We activate the Church to transform the nations. I also work as a Search Consultant with Mission:Leadership, providing faith-based retained executive search for organizations engaged in global mission and ministry leadership.In addition, I serve as an executive coach for leaders who want to lead more effectively—at home and at work—by leveraging their gifts, experience, and capacity. Through these roles, I regularly speak and write for churches, conferences, and ministry organizations.I’m passionate about helping leaders and organizations steward influence well so that lasting impact is created in organizations, communities, and nations.
