1) Management and monitoring of all daily operations of all food and beverage departments2) Ensure quality and high standard of service is always provided to the guest3) Ensure compliance, auditing and managing of all regulatory procedures and protocols as per outlined in GHESS and VSP manuals.4) Monitoring inventory supplies to accommodate expenditures as per set budgets5) Liase with the provisions team to receive or procure accurate weekly supplies6) Ensuring all galleys, bars, restaurants and Crew dining areas are operating in accordance with the brand operating standard procedures and are compliant to the USPH regulatory requirements 7) Oversee and monitor that all galley equipment is handled and used as per policies, and procedures are being followed to prevent breakdowns or incompliance8) Manage all F&B operations team work ethics and performance standards, and ensure periodic performance reviews for the team\'s career progression9) Assist directors in the submission of operational and financial reports10) Maintain a high level of public health and sanitation control11) Ensure repairs and maintenance through out the department are up to date or in progress, and escalate outstanding requests to directors
