About Josiah Sherrill

I was raised in Russia for eight years before moving back to the U.S, where my dad became a pastor. Growing up between cultures shaped how I see the world and people. Add in a mom from Australia, and it probably explains why I’ve always had a deep curiosity about other cultures and a love for travel.During college, I had the opportunity to travel and spend time in places like India, Turkey, Kenya, and other regions around the world. Those experiences reinforced something that’s always been core to who I am: people matter, and how we care for them matters even more. I’m driven by service, relationships, and helping others feel supported and valued.That’s what ultimately led me into the HR space. At its core, HR is about people, and I’m passionate about work that allows me to serve organizations by taking care of the people inside them. I enjoy building trust, solving real problems, and coming alongside leaders as they navigate growth and change.Outside of work, I love to read, rain 3\'s down from the sky, and connect with others over meaningful conversations.
