This role provides a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities. No two days are the same and I am have to be proficient in communication, time management, flexibility, and teachability. I work to improve the efficiency of our mowing crews through monitoring performance, adjusting daily routes, and leading a mowing crew. I also work closely with our customers through email, on the phone, or in-person with any questions, complaints, or problems they may have. As a member of the sales team, I provide estimates and offer new services to current or prospective customers. While in the field with our maintenance crews, I am constantly on the lookout for overgrown bushes, shabby mulch, or weed infestations that we could fix for our customers.
