   Manage the ingestion, organization, and archiving of digital film assets, ensuring accurate metadata and adherence to naming conventions- Perform quality control on incoming and outgoing digital assets, verifying integrity and completeness before distribution- Work with vendors to retrieve and verify post-production materials including DI, DCDMs, and DCPs- Work with LAIKA archivists and production teams to archive digital production assets including storyboards, concept artwork, scripts, etc- Update and maintain internal digital asset management systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible for various stakeholders- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external presentations including departmental reviews, film screenings, and promotional events- Support marketing initiatives by providing archived content and coordintating with various departments on media needs- Communicate effectively with the appropriate departments to ensure all materials comply with studio policies and clearance requirements- Stay current on industry best practices for digital archiving and asset management, and implement improvements as needed- Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and processes related to digital asset management- Assist in daily operations and other duties as assigned.
