Josiah Myers is the current Founder and CEO of Spilt Social. He founded the firm in February of 2024 with the help of gym co-owner of \'The One Fitness\', Michael Fragoulis and AI Director at Paradigm, Gianna Klonk. After just 2 years Spilt Social has garnered the larger mentorship networking series throughout the Midwest and partnered with national brands like Forbes, The Memorial Golf Tournament, The NFL, Breakaway Music Festival and more. Spilt Social mission is simple: bringing leaders together and giving back to the local community through curated, live activations. With an aligned vision on building thriving business communities throughout the Midwest, Spilt Social joined forces with Vessel, an early stage venture tech investment firm out of Columbus, in the summer of 2025 via acquisition. Josiah Myers is the former Founder and CEO of AIRRIVA. He founded the company approximately 6 years ago, after an affiliate inspired him with an Airbnb rental. After learning the potential for growth he could make with short-term rentals, Josiah started off renting out his basement. Soon after, he started managing short-term rentals throughout Columbus. He did this, all while he was still working full time for Insight Global, where he helped build the global tech MSP from $500 million to over $10 billion over a four year period with consistent top 10 sales performances in a firm of over associates.After a few months, Josiah decided it was time to expand the brand into its very own unique company. He resigned from Insight Global and managed to expand AIRRIVA’s markets into other states. Despite the challenges faced by the COVID-19 pandemic, Josiah and his team founded the Caregiver Shelter Fund, which housed frontline workers in the medical field. The fund had raised over $80K and hosted 23 Caregivers during the height of the pandemic. The story of the Caregiver Shelter Fund has been shared in The Washington Post, FOX News, and by many influencers and local broadcasters. Josiah and his team worked with investors, real estate developers, and property owners to bring AIRRIVA to its full potential and more. As a result, AIRRIVA’s units proliferated over 750 in 17 US markets. AIRRIVA has was recognized as the winner for the Fast 50 in Columbus, an honoree for the InnoTech Fire Awards, a Columbus CEO Top Workplace.
