Josiah Moore, PharmD, RPh, is a Medical Accounts and Value Communications fellow at GSK where he focuses on strategic development and operational efficiency across the portfolio. In his role, he manages critical projects for the population health segment, emphasizing seamless execution through both pre- and post-approval processes. He manages key projects including the development of value evidence materials and regulatory compliant pre-approval information exchange materials, while also overseeing budget allocations and vendor relationships to enhance operational efficiency.Prior to joining GSK, Josiah was a HEOR Strategy contractor at UCB, Inc, where he gained substantial experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Medical Affairs Internal Operations within the Immunology and Neurology Business Units. He managed access to materials for the Field Medical Team, enabled insight generation from Key Opinion Leaders, facilitated pre-congress planning, and spearheaded project management for Real World Evidence Generation. Additionally, Josiah co-authored a manuscript in conjunction with Analysis Group and UCB, Inc, and contributed to vascular medicine research with the Jackson Heart Study.Dr. Moore holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a PharmD, merging his extensive academic and professional experience to advance healthcare strategies and improve patient outcomes.

My responsibilities encompass- Strategic Development: Assists in the development and implementation of strategies and communications specifically targeting the population health segment. I focus on crafting the overarching narrative and ensuring seamless tactical execution through educational initiatives and comprehensive pre-/post-approval communications- Project and Vendor Management: Leading projects such as the development of Value Evidence Decks for new therapies and regulatory compliant Pre-approval Information Exchange materials. In addition, I oversee budget allocations and manage vendor relationships to support field needs both pre- and post-approval, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness- Advisory Board Planning: Organizing and planning advisory board meetings to extract essential insights that shape our strategic decisions and contribute to internal alignment- Congress Readiness: Spearheading strategy and innovation through congress participation and planning to enhance disease understanding and stakeholder engagement.
