I do my best to display excellent communication and problem solving skills which I believe are key attributes to being able to lead. Leading does not always mean that one must always lead, as a leader in my community and the company I work for, I have defined leadership to be able to lead ones but also have the power to follow. Being humble is a must when it comes to leading. I have always had a tenacious attitude towards everything I become involved in. When anything is asked of me, I always strive my best to find a way to complete the task at hand. I love setting goals for myself that exceed what is asked of me to show that I have dedication which also allows me to express myself to stand out from others.
