ABOUT JOSIAH KUSNADI

I am a third-year Finance major at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, with a strong passion for financial strategy, data analysis, and business solutions. have built a diverse background in finance, consulting, and leadership through hands-on experience across multiple industries. This summer, I am serving as a Conservation Intern with The Nature Conservancy, where I’m applying data-driven analysis to support ecological research and strategic land management. My work includes digitizing and standardizing long-term field survey data, conducting species occurrence analyses, and transcribing complex land management plans to improve data accessibility. By leveraging tools for data structuring and interpretation, I’m helping inform conservation decisions while strengthening my analytical and problem-solving skills—experience that deepens my ability to deliver insights across both environmental and business-focused consulting projects. Last summer, I was a Data Conversion Intern at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where I contributed to improving tax submission processes by ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. Previously, I worked as a Pricing Analyst at Covrick E-Commerce, where I managed dynamic pricing strategies and optimized product listings to drive revenue growth. Additionally, I founded the Kusnadi Public Speaking Institute, organizing and leading training workshops to empower young speakers. I am a resilient, hardworking, and collaborative leader, honored with experiences that have shaped my ability to adapt and excel. Passionate about helping others succeed, I have taught public speaking and debate across the Bay Area, mentored students, and consulted for nonprofits such as The Nature Conservancy and San Antonio Sports. Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy playing volleyball, the piano, and spending time with friends. With a strong foundation in finance, communication, and leadership, I am eager to make a meaningful impact in the financial and/or consulting industry and beyond.
