We partner with R&D, Medical, and Commercial leaders to design and operationalize modern biopharma functions: building the operating models, governance structures, digital workflows, and capabilities needed to move faster without losing control.In my current role at Acquis Life Sciences, I partner with clients who want to drive change in their organizations by building scalable collaboration models that sustain results. We do this through an iterative cycle of co-designing strategy ->building capabilities -> automating execution -> repeat. My areas of focus include: Designing future-state R&D and BD operating models and resourcing strategies Standing up capability roadmaps and transformation PMOs Building executive governance, dashboards, and portfolio decision frameworks Enabling AI and workflow automation across R&D and licensing processes Driving functional excellence across R&D, commercial, and innovation teams Optimizing business development workflows, from asset intake to decision-makingPreviously, I’ve led transformation programs within large pharma, built innovation functions at startups, and helped coalitions like TransCelerate BioPharma build patient frameworks that are still used in the industry today.
