In my role as Director of Programs at Peepul, I am responsible for driving systemic educational change through strategic government partnerships. I oversee the design and implementation of programs, MP that build leadership and teaching capacity in school systems across Madhya Pradesh, reaching every district. I also anchor key initiatives to foster academic excellence in CMRISE and PM SHRI schools and lead our EdTech programs to effectively integrate technology into learning. A significant part of my role on the senior management team is forging and managing high-level partnerships with state governments and national bodies like NITI Aayog to ensure our work is both scalable and sustainable.
