About Josh Jackson
I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where I still reside, and I’m grateful to remain close to my family, including my parents and younger brother. I spend a lot of my time outside of work with family and friends — my tribe.I work with JBC Companies, a boutique independent marketing organization that has served community financial institutions and professionals for decades. We focus on driving sustainable growth through performance coaching, integrating comprehensive wealth management programs within financial institutions, and providing institutional investment alternatives designed to mitigate risk and enhance profitability. We also partner with financial institutions nationwide to incorporate life insurance and annuity solutions that help advisors holistically meet their clients’ needs.Beyond the office, I value meaningful time with family and friends, and like to recharge through music, reading, travel, and the occasional game night. I have a deep appreciation for experiences that foster perspective, connection, and personal growth.At the end of the day, what drives me is Something deeper than a career. I live with a sense of Purpose, responsibility, and service — knowing I’m Called to show up for others, meet real needs, and make a meaningful impact where I can.
