ABOUT JOSH PRICE
I am a chartered town planner with 8+ years experience working on a range of schemes in both the public and private sector. I obtained a RIBA Part 1 BA (Hons) Degree in Architecture in 2013 and an MSc in Urban and Rural Planning in 2018. I started my planning career at the Isle of Anglesey County Council in 2017 assisting with major TCPA applications associated with the Wylfa Newydd Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project for a new nuclear power station. Whilst at the Council, I gained a broad level of planning experience having been involved with a DCO, major TCPA planning applications, and also working for a time in Development Management. In 2019, I joined Savills as a Graduate and became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Over the 6.5 years at Savills, I was promoted to Planner in 2020, Senior Planner in 2021 and to Associate in 2023. Whilst in the private sector, I gained a range of experience and provided professional planning advice to a range of clients across the UK in various sectors including retail, residential, infrastructure and energy. In January 2026, I joined LSTC Group as a Principal Planner in their Infrastructure Projects team to assist with the delivery of power transmission and distribution infrastructure for a range of clients across the UK.
