About Joshua Vontrapp

Josh has experience representing clients in complex domestic and cross border project development and financing transactions across energy and infrastructure.He is also passionate about international human rights and the Middle East. As a law student, Josh served as an articles editor for the Harvard International Law Journal and a staff editor on the Harvard National Security Law Journal. He interned for a human rights NGO in Yerevan, Armenia and, as an undergraduate, he was a recipient of the U.S. Department of State’s Critical Language Scholarship through which he studied Modern Standard Arabic and Moroccan Arabic in Tangier, Morocco.

Experience includes revolving and term loan agreements and private placements, in addition to EPC, supply and service contracts. Active immigration pro-bono practice. Corporate pro bono experience representing a global specialist impact investment firm in extending financing to a DFC-supported at-source lending institution in Colombia.
