Crementum Capital Holdings is a privately held SMB Conglomerate. We specialize in the acquisition of small to medium sized businesses in the trades. IE: Brick & Mortar, service-based contracting businesses that fully integrate into, grow and manage our entire real estate portfolio. Ultimately, the company is built on a \"three-legged stool\" foundation. Where a center cap stand-alone business,(also known as a Platform Company) sits as the foundational lead driver and deal creator for other complementary acquisitions. Most of our target acquisitions range from to a year in revenue, with employee head counts as low as 5 and as high as 50. Upon acquisition, we utilize the manpower acquired to source internal portfolio purchases, customer generation and revenue creation in a multitude of sectors, via our “spoke-in-the-wheel” and/or “center cap roll-up/roll-in” strategies. Our current focus is the purchase of locally owned small to medium sized businesses, in the outskirts of major metropolitan cities in the northeastern and midwestern portion of the United States. As well as the secondary and tertiary markets that strategically compliment each other’s growth. Most acquisitions are found in the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Construction space. As well as other service based businesses, which tie directly into the local community and previously mentioned \"center cap\" acquisition model. The goal is to have all Employees, Customers, Partners, Marketing, etc, integrate seamlessly and succinctly together amongst all the businesses in the entire portfolio, which if done correctly, we believe will ultimately drive exponential growth and expansion at scale. Moving us towards our goal of $1B in value generation, in 11 years, while impacting and bettering over 1250 employees lives in 100 communities nationwide.
