   I was recruited to open Bond Coffee Collective by Max Dayan (owner), and Michael Schultz, founder of Coffee & Tea Bars Hospitality LLC, and Infuse Hospitality. Infuse Hospitality is a consulting firm, specializing in the management of cafe spaces. I was recruited by them based upon my knowledge of the Kosher restaurant industry.I began at Bond Coffee Collective during construction, and assisted in the planning and organization of the counter & equipment layout. I sourced products, picked out vendors, and assisted with the menu creation. As the store came to life, I worked with the decorator to enhance the location, and set up the customer, counter and storage locations. During this time I set up the POS systems, hired staff, and began training them in their positions. Once established, my responsibilities included, banking, bookkeeping, invoicing, ordering, scheduling, hiring, and training.
