   VT TRIPS Driver & Vehicle Services System Implementation- Managing a team of FAST TTCs and working with a team of client staff to develop e-Learning training materials and hands-on application experiences for users across the department; providing training for these team members and ongoing support for end users- Designed the overarching training plan and delivery approach for both phases of the project, taking into account agency resources, environmental factors, and lessons learned from previous sites- Coordinated the configuration and maintenance of 50+ security roles, as well as all the groups and functions necessary for those roles to operate as needed for the new system implementation; providing ongoing support to client technical staff who handle day-to-day security management; oversaw security role testing efforts.
