My process is- inventory gaps and optimizations - it\'s important not to stir things up - focus on high value issues - example - issues that affect all senior partners - key is in selective polling of resources for inventory - ie. I don\'t ask everyone send in their complaints - assess potential returns on eliminating gaps and creating optimizations - imagine the goals were achieved - what\'s the best / worst possible return - work with new and existing resources as needed to provide on going upgrades and maintenance to achieve business goals
