I’m a Corporate and Real Estate Associate Attorney at Adams and Reese LLP in Nashville, where I focus on corporate and real estate transactional law within the firm’s Corporate Services and Real Estate Practice Groups. My practice includes representing businesses in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, commercial transactions across a range of industries, lease agreements, licensing, securities compliance, and the sale of real property.I work alongside our M&A, alcohol and hospitality, real estate, and public finance teams to help clients navigate the intersection of corporate, regulatory, and operational needs. My work often includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising on executive compensation and employee benefit plans, and counseling on securities and regulatory compliance.I am a High Honors graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, I served as Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and co-championed The Closer National Transactional Law Competition.
