   As a Payload Stage Analysis Lead, I ensure all scientific payloads are safe, viable, and compatible for the International Space Station (ISS) by performing and managing technical analyses. This includes coordinating and verifying structural, thermal, acoustic, and electromagnetic compatibility with the ISS environment and other payloads, acting as a key liaison between the payload developers and the ISS program.I serve as the International Partner (IP) integration Lead and work closely with ESA and JAXA to ensure all payloads meet requirements and solve any issues that the IP\'s may have with integration. As a payload acoustic engineer, I am responsible for the acoustic requirements for payloads to ensure they do not contribute to an overly noisy environment inside the station, which can impact crew health and performance. I assist in testing of payloads and integrating payloads by performing acoustic analysis.
