As the President and CEO of ACT Solutions & Consulting, I lead a team of experts in delivering value at velocity for our clients through a lean, modernized, and execution-oriented approach. In just four years, we\'ve worked with over 20 clients, delivered over 100 processes and products, and created over $25M in value.Prior to founding ACT Solutions & Consulting, I was a Digital Transformation Director and Capital Project Advisor at BHP, where I led a team of business and technology experts to design and execute the Digital Transformation program. I also advised on a Major Capital Project to adopt an innovative field development plan, reduce costs, and adopt modern technology. My key accomplishments as the Digital Transformation Director included crystalizing the Petroleum business aspirations and strategy, delivering 50 products in 12 months, leading technology and business process improvements, and adopting modern technologies like AI/ ML, RPA, and low code solutions. As the Production & Operations Divestment Manager, I supported the sale and led the separation of $10.5B of assets.My technical corporate career was in projects and operations for US and international assets with a deep focus on asset performance and optimization and integration across teams to maximize value.
