   Leading a diverse group of 26 Software Engineers, Data Engineers, TPMs, and UI Developers spanned across multiple teams, projects, and countries- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to scope, plan, execute, and maintain various business \"big boulder\" initiatives- Responsible for building and maintaining EG\'s outbound communication platform which is responsible for over 15 billion marketing, service and transactional communications sent to customers on a yearly basis- Identifies non-project requirements to align with budgetary, security, and financial compliance on an organizational level. This includes cost-optimization exercises, security patching of vulnerable assets, and reporting to leadership the budgetary requirements for various projects and demonstrating technical and operational tradeoffs of \'buy vs build\'- Have worked with team to streamline our processes around support, documentation, onboarding, and maturity of our application stacks. Started a internal brown-bag series to help share domain knowledge across the team and to collaborate on new ideas.
