ABOUT JOSHUA MIXSON
As a business student with a passion for innovation and strategy, I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact. My academic journey is equipping me with a strong foundation in business principles, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving. One of the most rewarding experiences so far has been my time at Walmart, where I contributed to the grand opening of the Case-Ready Beef Facility. Being part of a project of that scale taught me valuable lessons in operations, production planning, and cross-functional teamwork. It also deepened my interest in the intersection of technology and business—especially how innovation drives efficiency in supply chains and manufacturing. Outside of the classroom and internship experiences, I stay active in several student organizations where I continue to develop my leadership and communication skills. I’m always on the lookout for new challenges, and I enjoy collaborating with others to tackle complex problems and deliver results. I believe that my diverse experiences and genuine curiosity make me a strong asset to any team.
