I’m a purpose-driven human resources and operations executive with extensive expertise guiding organizations through expansion and transformation. Known as a trusted advisor and empathetic mentor, I have a unique talent for managing the employee lifecycle with care, whether for a large-scale foundation or a dynamic health care organization. I maintain SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and hold a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. I take a holistic approach to the employee experience - enhancing recruitment and retention, coaching and professional development, compensation and benefits, and spearheading culture-building initiatives that nurture belonging and engagement. My passion for people-centered work is rooted in the conviction that when people are seen and recognized for their whole selves, they thrive, and so do the organizations they serve. Over the years, I\'ve grown deep roots in nonprofit and leadership communities, including Chairing the Leadership Columbia Advisory Board, serving on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and currently contributing as a Board Member for wayOUT in New York. Outside of work, you’ll often find me in a Queens coffee shop or strolling through the park with my dog, Frankie the Frenchie. Key Accomplishments: Led implementation of large-scale policy changes using data-driven insights and targeted interpersonal engagement to gain buy-in at all levels at Surdna Foundation. Sensitive, data-supported rollout ensured new initiatives were ultimately lauded organization-wide. Conducted full compensation analysis for all Surdna positions and architected methodical approach to ensure equity throughout organization in line with mission values. Analysis resulted in a more competitive, transparent pay strategy, boosting recruitment and retention. Managed LifeH2H’s expansion from 2-location, 35-person staff to 6-location, 120-person staff over 5 years, ensuring company survival and regulatory compliance in response to key Medicare changes. Co-developed and steered succession plan for LifeH2H’s separation from parent company, deftly managing changes to HR infrastructure and corporate financing, and safeguarding employee trust during key transition.
