ABOUT JOSHUA LIPKE

I am a Senior Implementation Consultant with a background in experience management platforms and delivering impactful solutions for high-profile clients. Currently, I work at Deloitte Digital, where I lead a team of Medallia Experience Cloud implementation specialists and oversee projects for major clients like a Fortune 50 healthcare company and a federal government department. My role involves developing and customizing data solutions, managing remote teams, stakeholder engagement, and enhancing client satisfaction through innovative experience management strategies.With a working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations, I\'ve helped to design, build, and deliver custom reporting dashboards and data processors, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and drive program success. My experience also includes managing a team of offshore solution architects, where I’ve excelled in coordinating cross-timezone collaboration and maintaining high standards of project execution.Before transitioning to consulting, I was an officer in the U.S. Army, where I served in operations and logistics management. I directed logistics for large units, managed multimillion-dollar budgets and equipment, and led significant construction projects. This experience provided me with a strong sense of discipline, strategic planning, and resilience, which I carried into my current role.Outside of professional life, I’m passionate about the outdoors and love to engage in activities such as snowboarding, hiking, rock-climbing and cross-fit. I also enjoy cooking at home where I try to improve my cooking skills and recipes. I have also taken a strong interest in real estate investing and hope to expand my portfolio in the years to come.
