Manage Supply Base and Product Change Control Processes for Pontiac Fuel Systems and Aftertreatment Businesses.• Responsible for 275 suppliers delivering 4,500+ different components supporting 2 product groups with $340M+ in annual spend. • Lead cross functional team of 11 – 15 team members encompassing Material Planning, Product Change Control and Purchasing, supporting external supply base and internal/external customers. • Supported expansion of our shared global supply chain as our Aftertreatment business increased sales by 75% over the past 12 months, expanding into 3 additional facilities through collaboration with our supply base and supporting facilities. • Ownership of all NPI and Engineering Change implementation for the facility, including the BoM data ownership for 400+ built, Sellable Top-Level Products and Sub-Assemblies, comprised of 8,500+ Made and purchase finished components for the facility. • Established Strategic inventory strategy processes and tools to manage and monitor our inventory strategy, supply risk and escalation.• Developed and designed Production Scheduling tool to track and schedule customer orders and highlight supply risk in alignment with EBS. This tool was used cross-functionally aligning our scheduling, operations, materials and kitting teams to our daily build plan, kitting needs, and supply constraint delivery commitments. • Development and Management of On Hand No Demand and Surplus Inventory processes and tools.• Established KPI’s to measure our Supply Health and Change Management Processes which lead to a Post Covid OTSP improvement from 67% to 98%
