About Joshua- Taking a personal, hands-on approach, Joshua is passionate about the mortgage industry. He loves working with all borrowers and is an expert who has seen it all! With over 20 years of extensive experience in mortgage origination, management, and team building, Josh Leeser serves as a Vice President of Lending for Guaranteed Rate. Josh is also dedicated to serving the community in many ways, including Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. One of his greatest passions over the past seven years has been his involvement with Haven of Rest Ministries, where he has led numerous fundraising campaigns, food drives, and volunteer activities.Joshua is a graduate of Malone University with a BA in Business Management and proudly served 12 years with the Army National Guard\'s Aviation Support Facility as an Aviation Electrician Specialist. He spent time in Mannheim, Germany; Fort Eustis, VA; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; Fort Knox, KY; Camp Perry, OH; and Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Joshua also serves as President, Newcomerstown Firefighters Fund is to support our Nct. Volunteer Fire Dept. and has served on the Springfield Township Auxiliary Police Department as an auxiliary police officer for several years and attends Christ Methodist Church.
