ABOUT JOSHUA KORITZ

I\'m a mission-motivated team player who knows when to step up and when to step back. Persistent, organized, and flexible, I am recognized for taking on a task and getting it done, consistently surpassing expectations. Entrusted to make strategy level decisions a reality, at neighborhood health center I joined the implementation of an hris. I led the process of identifying and comparing an erp (still in process).Leading HPD\'s Housing Information Classes, in one year, I doubled average attendance. Working with stakeholders and subject-matter experts, I revamped the curriculum from individual classes to the full course offerings, improving data collection and quality assurance. Leading a program of diverse interests, I created a promotional plan that united disparate bureaucracies and leveraged partnerships throughout the city with both agencies and community-based organizations.Previous experience as a project manager includes- Teaching high school seniors two classes that I fully designed and wrote myself- Working with a volunteer developer planned and launched a digital subscription service in 12 months resulting in massive efficiency gains- Organized three national conferences of 300+ resulting in over in donations- Led a website redesign- Led editorial and design production for a monthly paper with circulation of Published 5 books, onboarded a team, launched a journal, and started a podcast.I love digging into issues, projects, and systems to learn them and optimize them for all stakeholders. This was my role running data and field operations in a city council election campaign, and then as a legislative aide. I know how to build cross-functional teams including internal and external stakeholders and keep them motivated. In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and kids, reading, and playing soccer. Interested in climate change, social justice, and economics - I am an advocate for change.
