Leading the event operations of General Admission bars and food outlets at Co-op Live- Managing the continuous operations of all General Admission outlets, including setup, people operations, training and development, guest experience, implementing SOPs and policies, cost management and increasing SPH- Forecasting and scheduling for all events at Co-op Live, including additional non-event requirements - plus, the management of labour cost on event days- Management of a team of 200+ on our busiest events, in a 23500 cap venue- Recruitment, onboarding and training of over F&B team members- Mobilisation of the largest indoor arena in the UK, with over 35 F&B outlets- Assisting in the development of operational plans to ensure smooth operations post-opening
