As a Global Procurement Manager at Quad I manage a team of 11 individuals ( 5 in the US and 6 in Mexico). Across that team, I oversee 200 million dollars + of annual spend inclusive of Software, IT hardware & Equipment, telecommunications, professional & facility services and QuadMed (medical and clinical supplies & equipment). In addition, the 6 individuals in Mexico handle all of the purchase orders for the company. With 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, I have developed strong skills in managing a team, contract negotiation, supplier management, cost savings initiatives and continuous improvement. I am driven by results and motivated by challenges. I consistently meet and exceed the goals set by myself and my organization. My mission is to provide value and efficiency to Quad, while ensuring compliance and quality.
