Joshua J. David, Esq. is an Indianapolis-based attorney with a background in public law, legislative policy, and regulatory matters. Currently, he is an Associate Attorney specializing in business law and litigation at Massillamany Jeter & Carson LLP.Josh also served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Legislative and Policy Division at the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, where he advised senior leadership on complex legal issues, contributed to multi-state litigation, and helped shape national and state policy through strategic drafting and collaboration.Joshua began his legal career at the Attorney General’s Office as a Law Clerk in 2021 and later advanced to the Intensive Deputy Attorney General program. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2023 and holds dual B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Purdue University.
