About Joshua Heier
I\'m a builder of systems, processes, and documentation that make complex products work better — for customers, for engineers, and for everyone in between.Over the years, I’ve helped scale Meraki’s Security & SD-WAN business from ~$100M to $900M+ in annual revenue by supporting the product across technical escalations, deployment architecture, firmware quality, and release management. Along the way, I’ve owned deployment guides, crash telemetry pipelines, cross-functional release planning, quality review reporting, and team training programs — usually stepping in where no formal owner exists.Outside of work, I’m the founder of Asset Scholar, a site focused on alternative investing education.
