About Joshua Dunn
I am a molecular and computational biologist with interests in RNA biology, comparative genomics, and evolution. I recently finished my PhD in Jonathan Weissman\'s lab at UCSF, where I studied alternative decoding of the genetic code. I have a strong scientific background in molecular biology, genetics, and bioinformatics, but also communication skills such as information design, graphic design, and technical writing.I am interested in both professional and recreational projects that involve lab work, biology, data mining, and, in particular, collaboration with thinkers from other disciplines. I also have a fondness for fungi and other microbes.
