About Joshua Gorman

Joshua Gorman helps people, teams, and organizations flourish in the 21st century. He is a consultant, coach, facilitator, speaker, youth educator, community builder, and writer. In his consulting, he works with leaders and teams to become more connected, creative, and collaborative. While engaging in a wide range of consulting projects, he specializes in helping organizations and companies upgrade their fundamental operating system - their organizational structure and culture - so that they can be the evolving workplaces of the future. As a prominent voice on the Millennial Generation, he founded an organization called Generation Waking Up that empowers young changemakers, innovators, and global citizens. Through his speaking, writing, workshops, and leadership trainings, Joshua has the opportunity to inspire and connect with thousands of young people each year. With his consulting, he helps design impactful youth & student programs, engagement strategies, and education materials. Joshua also works on a number of projects relating to the future of religion, spirituality, and secular culture with a focus on Millennials and the religiously unaffiliated called \'the Nones\'. He\'s a co-founder of Thrive East Bay, a new kind of community that brings people together at the intersections of belonging, meaning, the arts, and social change. He consults with spiritual and faith communities that are seeking to innovate and transform as they look to the future. Joshua lives in the San Francisco Bay Area where he is completing a book on global millennials and our future.
