I quickly moved into leadership across client management, operations, compliance, and IT in various industries. I recently setup an Automation CoE from scratch which has blossomed into many enterprise-wide capabilities. In every position, my passion has come from solving problems to ensure a better customer and employee experience. Where possible, I encourage the use of low code technology which emphasizes business and process expertise over programming language. I led the enterprise implementations of Salesforce as an enterprise CRM and UiPath as an enterprise automation platform. I believe technology can only reach its full potential when coupled with employee engagement, process improvement and effective staffing models.I am originally from Cleveland, OH and have lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last 15 years. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Gabriela, and our son Leonardo. I enjoy following Ohio State and Cleveland sports and spending as much time in the outdoors whether it be kayaking, backpacking or doing a quick hike in town. I love trying new cuisine but admittingly have a very low tolerance for spicy food.
