Additionally, I have helped implement large strategic initiatives that have successfully guided the sales field through the change continuum of COVID 19. Throughout the pandemic, I have played a pivotal role in helping to navigate our business through the uncertainty, making remote management possible and ensuring a seamless in-person experience transition temporally to virtual for members. Once we transitioned back to our IRL experience I\'ve been developing a performa tool to help create global visibility and a unified focus on KPIs, bringing real time data to our fingertips. I take pride in being part of a team that is committed to delivering exceptional results and driving success. I am excited to continue contributing my skills and experience to new challenges and opportunities that come our way at WeightWatchers.
