I come from a background in finance and risk management at Utah State University, where I focused on building strong analytical skills and learning how businesses actually operate before placing coverage. My experience assessing risk and working through uncertainty allows me to support brokers and clients with clarity and confidence.Outside of insurance, I’m involved in the endurance sports and event management space. I previously owned Run Aspired, where I managed race operations and timing for local events. Today, I continue to stay involved by supporting organizations like UTMB, Ironman, and High Altitude as the Volunteer Director as well as leading other Volunteer Directors across the US.These experiences have taught me how to sell a vision, build meaningful relationships, negotiate partnerships, and execute under pressure. Those lessons directly shape how I approach my career and long-term goals.I’m intentional about taking action and doing things the right way. I value authenticity, transparency, and showing up prepared.
