Routinely worked with internal and external stakeholders to gather analysis and dataset requirements and use cases, documenting requirements in markdown and used GitHub to version control and share documentation. • Managed projects using project management tools such as Asana, to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and communicate about project tasks effectively. • Created publication quality print and interactive maps to support major regional planning initiatives, internal policy decision making, and the work of MTC/ABAGs Commission and Board. • Lead in the development of cartographic training to create high-quality map products for Plan Bay Area 2050 and the associated Environmental Impact Report, which created process consistency, and significantly increased productivity for a team of 10+.• Served as the Data Steward for the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Annual Progress Report (APR) regional dataset which supports 5 regionally significant programs and projects at MTC.• Developed repeatable geospatial data analysis, leveraging open source Python packages such as Pandas and Geopandas and proprietary tools such as ArcPy. • Developed well-documented, repeatable routines in python to extract non-standard data from multiple sources; cleaned, standardized, consolidated, and loaded these data into databases or output to open formats such as JSON, GeoJSON, Shapefile, or CSV.
