Currently I am the Manager of the Product support group in the Global Parts and Services Sector of The Babcock & Wilcox Company. I have a total of 17 reports with 11 of them being direct. My responsibilities include managing the Product Support group, which consists of Order Processing, Customer Service Reps (CSRs), and Proposal Specialists, to achieve excellent customer service and fast and efficient quotation to order fulfillment processes. The first priority is always safety and the customer.
