Josh enjoys studying Psychology, Psychiatry, Language, Psychics, Astrophysics, Cosmology, and Religion in his free time. For hobbies, he participates in mixed martial arts, boxing, making music, and is also a former competitive bodybuilder. Josh also creates therapeutic long-form virtual content on YouTube to provide his psychological and psychiatric findings in his research of the social work world. Josh is charismatic, empathetic, conscientious, forthright, & strongly believes that the underlying unconscious/identification of a person is always seeking to find equilibrium with the ego and the super-ego. Which is a state in which every working part of a person\'s psychology is in harmony. So that what they unify in construction, works at its most effective and efficient. As the great Clinical Psychologist Sigmund Freud once said: “A [person] should not strive to eliminate [their] complexes, but to get into accord with them; they are what legitimately directs [their] conduct in the world.”
