I serve as Director of Student Financial Services at Southeastern University, where I oversee the operations of the Student Financial Services office and lead a team supporting non-traditional student populations across online, graduate, and doctoral programs. My work sits at the intersection of operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and student-centered service, with a focus on building effective teams and scalable processes.I am the university’s Primary VA School Certifying Official, working closely with military-connected students to ensure accurate certification, compliance with VA regulations, and a supportive educational experience. I also collaborate across the institution through committees and task forces, contributing financial aid and operational expertise to initiatives that improve systems, communication, and outcomes.I am the founding Co-Chair of the Center for Military and Veterans Success, a cross-departmental effort focused on improving the experience of veterans and military-connected students through coordinated services, training, and campus-wide resources.
